In this time of crisis, we at Sun Lakes Family Physicians are working to still maintain your care.  We are now offering TeleVisits.  The Government has temporarily lifted restrictions on Telemedicine. This will allow us to see patients in urban areas that may be at an increased risk for illness or not be able to get in to see their Primary Care Provider (PCP). This is temporary.

 

There are some limitations:

1. You must have access to a desktop, laptop computer, or a smart phone.

2. Not all visits are appropriate for TeleVisits

3. Your insurance will be billed. Check with your insurance prior to your TeleVisit to ensure coverage.

4. To make a TeleVisit appointment call the office at 480-505-2450.

5. Once you have an appointment you will be given instructions on how to join the visit.
